GlobalFoundries Inc. in the United States is seeking a Quantum Integration Engineer (PMTS) to lead the development and integration of semiconductor technologies for scalable quantum computing systems.

You will drive integration architecture, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution across device engineering, packaging, cryogenic interfaces, and external partners, mentoring engineers and guiding programs from concept to manufacturable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in semiconductor process integration or advanced manufacturing.
• Evidence of leading cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of semiconductor integration architectures for quantum platforms.
• Define integration strategies across front-end devices, BEOL routing, photonics, and packaging.
• Drive technology roadmaps and qualification for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with device engineering, packaging, reliability, modeling, and external partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence strategic direction.
