Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Vermont seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive quantum technology program execution across multiple modalities, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing and customers to move concepts to manufacturing readiness.

You will manage schedules, milestones, risks, and resources, report to senior leadership, and translate complex technical information into concise business updates while ensuring alignment between technology objectives and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, product development, or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Demonstrated success managing schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse technical teams without direct organizational authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quantum technology development programs across one or more modalities, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality and business teams.
• Ensure alignment between technical objectives, development priorities, customer deliverables, and business goals.
• Track risks, dependencies, and budget considerations to keep programs on track.
• Provide executive dashboards and status reports to leadership and customers.
