Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory instrumentation or experimental hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new systems quickly.
• Willingness to develop hands-on cryogenic operating skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dilution refrigerator cooldowns, warmups, and system prep.
• Record cooldown data, payload info, and configurations accurately.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate routine maintenance with LabOps Team Lead.
• Support payload readiness and data capture with partner teams.
• Help establish Florida lab operations and document workflows.
• Follow procedures and escalate risks as needed.
