Job summary

Roadrunner Quantum Lab at Roadrunner Venture Studios in New Mexico is looking for a Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, vendor coordination, and the overall functionality of the lab. You will ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and ready for daily use, while delivering concierge-level service to tenants, visitors, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, workplace operations, or similar operational leadership roles.
• Experienced managing vendors, contractors, landlords, and third-party service providers.
• Comfortable overseeing maintenance projects without personally performing specialized trade work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility concierge and primary contact for all building requests.
• Oversee day-to-day operation to keep building safe, clean, and functional.
• Coordinate repairs and improvements by engaging and managing vendors.
• Track work orders from start to finish and ensure timely resolution.
• Administer vendor contracts, budgets, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Support planning and logistics for events and tours hosted in the facility.
