Job summary

Roadrunner Venture Studios operates the Roadrunner Quantum Lab in New Mexico, providing a premier quantum facility for tenants, researchers, and partners. The Facility Manager acts as the operational concierge, owning vendor coordination, safety, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless, high-level service across the building.

You will oversee daily operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive a five-star tenant experience while upholding safety and compliance standards in a frontier

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management, property management, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance projects without performing trades.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and concierge-level service mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility concierge and primary contact for all building requests.
• Oversee day-to-day operation to keep the building safe, clean, functional.
• Provide concierge-level service to tenants, visitors, and partners.
• Coordinate repairs and improvements by engaging qualified vendors.
• Track work orders from initiation to completion with timely resolution.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage facility budgets and reports.
• Support planning for events, tours, and community programs.
