Job summary

Roadrunner Venture Studios is seeking a Facility Manager to act as the operational concierge for the Roadrunner Quantum Lab in New Mexico. You will own the daily operation, coordinate vendors, and ensure a seamless experience for tenants and partners.

The role focuses on preventive maintenance, safety, and high service standards across all building systems. You will lead vendor coordination, manage budgets and service contracts, and continuously improve facility processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, property management, or similar operational leadership roles.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, landlords, and third-party service providers.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through; concierge approach to operations.
• Able to coordinate maintenance projects and oversee vendors without performing specialized trades.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility concierge and primary point of contact for all building-related requests.
• Oversee day-to-day operation; ensure safety, cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for daily use.
• Deliver concierge-level service to tenants, visitors, and partners.
• Coordinate repairs and improvements by engaging qualified vendors and contractors.
• Track maintenance requests from start to finish and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify issues and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, warranties, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate room scheduling, tours, events, and guest visits.
• Administer access control, visitor management, and badge systems.
