Job summary

The University of Connecticut seeks an Evaluation Project Manager to support day-to-day operations of evaluation activities for the Quantum Technologies Engine. You will coordinate meetings, assist with data collection and analyses, manage records, and help prepare reports and dissemination materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in evaluation, public policy, education, social sciences, or related field.
• Three+ years of experience managing or coordinating field-based evaluation projects.
• Experience with IRB submissions and human subjects guidelines.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting on evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational management of evaluation activities.
• Coordinate and support evaluation logistics: meetings, workshops, surveys, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support design, implementation, and management of data collection efforts.
• Maintain evaluation databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Compile, organize, analyze, and summarize evaluation data for reports and presentations.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual evaluation reports to funders and leadership.
• Coordinate travel, event logistics, and reimbursement for the team.
• Schedule meetings, agendas, and document action items for evaluation activities.
• Support communication among external evaluation team and project partners.
• Assist with grant documentation, compliance, and record retention.
• Perform related evaluation duties as assigned.
