Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in quantum information science, with 5+ years in industry or national labs.
• Proven technical depth in quantum algorithms, quantum error correction, or quantum hardware and control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain deep technical knowledge of federal quantum workloads (simulation, QEC, hybrid algorithms, QPU integration).
• Lead strategic collaborations with DOE national labs, NQIS centers, DoD, IC, NIST, NSF.
• Embed NVIDIA quantum stack (CUDA-Q, cuQuantum, QEC, NVQLink) into production workflows at labs.
• Lead workshops, hackathons, and training at national labs and conferences.
• Monitor federal quantum trends and deliver insights to engineering and product teams.
