Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, engineering or related field is required.
• Project management experience is required.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat suite.
• Ability to engage effectively with management, staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead meetings with companies, follow up on action items, and maintain timely communications.
• Organize company visits, planning, logistics, and briefings with summaries and materials.
• Track projects using Illinois EDC's CRM system and run reports with the Business Development team.
• Assist in preparation of outreach materials and data with research and marketing teams.
• Manage a portfolio of projects in the quantum and related industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, agencies, education partners, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Represent Illinois EDC at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote Illinois as a destination for investment.
• Travel locally, regionally, and internationally as required.
