Job summary

The University Of Chicago’s Chicago Quantum Exchange seeks a CEO to lead strategic growth, partnerships, and program delivery across academia, industry, and national labs. Reporting to the CQE Faculty Director, the CEO will build revenue-generating programs, manage a diverse team, and advance CQE’s mission in quantum research, education, and workforce

Qualifications

• Education: college or university degree in related field.
• Work Experience: 10+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and manages CQE’s growth strategy and mission.
• Interacts with stakeholders to broker deals and grow CQE partnerships.
• Builds revenue-generating programming and educational offerings.
• Leads a diverse team and manages department priorities and budget.
• Ensures data-driven measurement of success and expansion opportunities.
