• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field is required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of cost management experience in construction preferred.
• Experience with RICS accreditation is valuable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies, prequalify vendors, assess proposals, and chair bid interviews.
• Develop project estimates covering construction, fees and other costs; review junior estimates.
• Establish cost reporting, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers; brief clients regularly.
• Oversee payment reviews, change orders, and contract disputes with vendors and project teams.
