Title: Quantitative Researcher – Survey & Efficacy Focus

Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Contract Type: Project-Based

Pay Range: $30–$40/hour (based on education and experience)

We’re seeking a Quantitative Researcher to support ongoing studies in survey design, efficacy research, and learner outcomes—primarily in the healthcare education space. This role is ideal for researchers with a strong foundation in survey methodology, statistical analysis, and educational or healthcare-related research.

This is a flexible, remote contract position suited to a researcher who is detail-oriented, independent, and able to support publication-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze surveys using Qualtrics, including logic, structure, and data extraction
• Conduct quantitative research on the effectiveness and impact of educational programs or interventions
• Collaborate on manuscripts for journal publication
• Assist with IRB applications and protocol preparation
• Communicate findings through data summaries, visualizations, and written reports

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with academic or applied research
• Demonstrated contribution to peer-reviewed manuscripts (authorship or significant data analysis role)
• Proficient in Qualtrics (survey design and data handling)
• Skilled in quantitative methods focused on program efficacy, engagement, or learning outcomes
• Familiarity with IRB processes and human subjects research
• Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Public Health, Education, Social Sciences)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS for data analysis
• Familiarity with basic psychometric techniques (e.g., Rasch modeling, Winsteps, equating)
