Job Description:

Research Analyst, Arizona Water for All at Arizona State University is located in Tempe, AZ, United States. The position requires a Bachelor Degree and is suitable for entry-level job seekers. This is a part-time, remote position supporting water issues across Northern Arizona, working with the Water, Society, and Policy Lab at NAU. The role involves research design, data collection, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on water-insecure communities. The position is initially for 12 months with possible extension, paying between $23.36 and $29.23 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing data collection protocols and multi-methods tools with research partners
  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data
  • Representing AW4A during on-site visits and liaising with agencies
  • Conducting literature reviews and research on water policy issues
  • Preparing reports, tables, and graphs for various audiences
  • Supporting presentations and publications
Qualifications:
  • Located within 50 miles of Flagstaff, AZ, with a valid driver's license
  • Experience in social science research, water policy, and community engagement
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools
