Job summary

LSports ищет ведущего аналитика для разработки и совершенствования количественных моделей ценообразования и управления рисками в рамках удалённой работы через Deel.

Ваша задача — анализировать большие наборы данных, выявлять сигналы и внедрять модели в нашу инфраструктуру. Требуется опыт в спортивных статистиках и Python.

Опыт взаимодействия с учёными данными и инженерами обязателен; будут плюсы ML и работа с AI IDE.

Qualifications

• Степень в математике, статистике, CS, инженерии или смежной области.
• 3+ лет в роли Quantitative Analyst или инженера по спортивной статистике.
• Опыт работы с Python для моделирования и анализа данных.
• Знание рынков ставок на спорт и торговых систем.
• Умение работать с большими наборами данных и извлекать инсайты.
• Отличные аналитические навыки и коммуникация.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и совершенствовать количественные модели ценообразования, ставок и риск-менеджмента.
• Анализировать большие наборы данных, выявлять закономерности и инсайты для стратегий.
• Сотрудничать с инженерами для развёртывания моделей в продакшн в AI-инфраструктуре.
• Мониторинг производительности моделей, бэктестинг и внедрение улучшений.
• Согласование моделей с бизнес-потребностями совместно с Data Scientist и Data Engineer.

Задачи:

• Develop and refine quantitative models for pricing, odds compilation, and risk management.


• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and actionable insights for trading strategies.


• Collaborate with engineers to deploy models into production within our AI-native trading infrastructure.


• Monitor model performance, conduct back-testing, and implement continuous improvements.


• Work closely with Data scientists and Data engineers to align models with business needs.

Требования:

Open to working as an independent contractor through Deel, fully remote, based in Europe.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• 3+ years experience as a Quantitive Analyst or Engineer working on sports related statistics (Odds change, Margin optimization).


• Strong experience in Python for modeling and data analysis.


• Knowledge of sports betting markets, trading systems.


• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities.
