Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a fundamental equity analyst (buy-side or sell-side).
• Strong understanding of equity analysis methodologies and financial modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI or automated tools to enhance research productivity.
• Ability to translate insights into outputs for systematic trading strategies.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology.

Responsibilities

• Designing AI systems to automate and scale fundamental equity research workflows
• Analyzing fundamental data to generate earnings predictions, price targets, and other alpha inputs
• Working with team members to ensure fundamental insights are incorporated into data-driven strategies
• Researching specific industry sectors to maintain deep coverage of equity names
• Optimizing AI workflows to improve efficiency and depth of analysis
• Contributing to the ongoing development of fundamentally driven strategies through testing and feedback
