Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a fundamental equity analyst on the buy side or sell side.
• Strong understanding of fundamental equity analysis methodologies and financial modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI or automated tools to enhance research productivity.
• Ability to translate complex fundamental insights into output consumable by systematic trading strategies.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology.

Responsibilities

• Designing AI systems to automate and scale fundamental equity research workflows
• Analyzing fundamental data to generate earnings predictions, price targets, and other alpha inputs
• Working with team members to ensure fundamental insights are appropriately incorporated into data-driven strategies
• Researching specific industry sectors to maintain deep coverage of equity names
• Optimizing AI workflows to improve the efficiency and depth of fundamental analysis
• Contributing to the ongoing development of fundamentally driven strategies through iterative testing and feedback
