Job summary

Tower Research Capital in New York seeks an equity research professional to design and scale AI-powered fundamental analysis. You will generate earnings models, price targets, and alpha inputs for systematic trading strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, deep sector coverage, and ongoing optimization of AI workflows, with a hybrid work model and a strong emphasis on rigorous, data-driven research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as a fundamental equity analyst (buy-side or sell-side).
• Strong understanding of equity analysis methodologies and financial modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI or automated tools to enhance research productivity.
• Ability to translate insights into outputs for systematic trading strategies.
• Brilliant problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology.

Responsibilities

• Designing AI systems to automate and scale fundamental equity research workflows
• Analyzing fundamental data to generate earnings predictions, price targets, and other alpha inputs
