Citi is seeking a Summer Analyst to join the Risk Management team in Irving, TX. The program provides hands-on exposure to risk governance, VaR, stress testing, and scenario analysis, with mentorship from senior leaders and cross-team collaboration.

The 10-week development program targets Masters students, offering exposure to Central Governance, Treasury Risk, Global Market Risk, and Model Risk Management, while emphasizing growth and leadership development in a fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Masters in Engineering, Science, Technology or Mathematics, graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a global perspective and strong judgment.
• Willing to take initiative and offer creative solutions; able to step out of comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Assist risk teams on challenging projects across Citi's Risk functions.
• Develop business acumen and deepen technical and analytical abilities during the 10-week program.
• Work with management and peers, receiving mentorship to add value to Citi's Risk organization.
