Job summary

Citi is seeking Summer Analysts to join the Risk Management team in Irving, Texas. The 10-week Risk Summer Analyst program offers hands-on projects across Enterprise Risk Management, Market Risk, Model Risk, and more, with mentorship from senior leaders.

You will gain foundational training, develop technical and communication skills, and be prepared for Citi’s Full-Time Analyst pathway. The program emphasizes growth, collaboration, and contribution to Citi’s risk objectives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative related major (graduating between Dec 2027 and June 2028).
• GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Interest in Risk Management.
• Creative in solving problems and intellectually curious.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong data analytics skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging and impactful risk-related projects across Citi teams.
• Assess risk and contribute to risk governance and risk best practices.
• Develop business acumen and leadership skills during the program.
