Citi is seeking Summer Analysts to join the Risk Management team in our Tampa office. The program introduces risk governance, data analytics, and practical risk projects across Enterprise Risk Management, Market Risk, Model Risk, and more.

The 10-week internship includes training, mentorship from leaders, hands-on projects, and the potential feeder to the Full-Time Analyst Program. You will work with management teams and develop leadership, communication, and technical skills in a supportive

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in STEM or quantitative major (graduating December 2027 through June 2028)
• GPA of 3.3 or above
• Interest in Risk Management
• Creative in solving problems and intellectually curious
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong data analytics
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Work on challenging and impactful risk projects on assigned teams.
• Assess risk and build business acumen within Citi Risk Management.
• Learn Citi risk governance and best practices and develop communication and presentation skills.
• Receive mentorship from junior and senior leaders throughout the program
