Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering in Quantitative Finance or related industries.
• Strong Programming skills (e.g., Python) and solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle principles.
• Ability to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind testing methodologies clearly.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and related regulations.
• Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience implementing process improvements and automation.
