After a record-breaking year, GQR is looking to add to our Quantitative & Trading team here in NYC. This is a Hybrid opportunity!!

The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.

Responsibilities

• Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
