Responsibilities include creating and managing surveys (CX, EX, NPS, VOC), designing survey logic, building dashboards, and analyzing customer feedback to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. Must have experience integrating Qualtrics data with Excel, BI tools, and CRM, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Experience integrating Qualtrics data with Excel, BI tools and CRM.
• Strong survey design and data analysis skills.
• Ability to build dashboards and actionable insights.
