AppLab Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with Qualtrics for a long-term contract in Torrance, CA. The candidate will work onsite four days a week and must be local.

Responsibilities include creating and managing surveys (CX, EX, NPS, VOC), designing survey logic, building dashboards, and analyzing customer feedback to generate actionable insights for stakeholders. Must have experience integrating Qualtrics data with Excel, BI tools, and CRM, with strong analytical and communication
