Job summary

Minto is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our Westlake community to lead MasterCare operations, warranty services and field quality programs. You’ll oversee a team of MasterCare Superintendents and Inspectors, drive continuous improvement, ensure 100% completed homes at closing, and uphold the company’s high standards for customer experience across our homebuilding projects.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 years university degree preferred in construction-related fields and/or 5+ years of high-volume residential construction experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with trade partners is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MasterCare program delivery and warranty operations.
• Manage MasterCare team including Superintendents and Inspectors to ensure 100% homes closed and 100% homeowner satisfaction.
• Develop and enforce procedures to improve quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
