Job summary

TruStile Doors in Northwood, IA is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Quality team by developing and delivering training for production associates on current and new products. This role will own training systems, manage skills matrices, and oversee onboarding, ensuring workforce competency and adherence to quality standards.

The position requires partnership with Operations, HR and engineering to train, qualify, and enable safe and efficient production.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, quality, training, leadership, or related experience.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and influence across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate site training programs.
Administer and maintain skills matrices.
Manage employee certifications and recertifications.
Deliver classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training.
Develop training plans, work instructions, and standardized training materials.
Create reports using Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Monitor training KPIs and provide recommendations to leadership.
