Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality control and training teams.
• Plan and direct program activities; evaluate effectiveness and compliance.
• Provide technical consultation to staff and other divisions; audit case files.
• Develop and implement training and quality assurance processes; measure outcomes.
