Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing.
• Ability to pass TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) and related security trainings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international, industry, and customer quality standards.
• Lead and analyze product/service issues to determine root causes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain the quality management system.
• Develop and conduct training on the quality system and related topics.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
