Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Quality Supervisor. You will lead quality programs, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement to align with client expectations and corporate standards.

The role requires 2+ years supervising in logistics, a high school diploma, and strong leadership in quality and safety. Proficiency with MS Office, RF scanners, and WMS is expected. Shift flexibility and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• 2 years’ supervisor experience in logistics/warehousing or related field.
• Experience with safety observations/inspections and compliance planning preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and health management systems and practices.
• Forklift training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality programs within the warehouse.
• Analyze product/service issues to determine root causes for improvements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain the quality audit system.
• Support ISO and quality management system metrics and reporting.
• Develop and conduct training on the quality system and related topics.
