Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years in inventory control, shipping operations, or related field.
• Experience in quality training leadership is preferred.
• Familiarity with equipment used in inventory control and shipping operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training procedures for coatings department equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate training with internal teams and external vendors.
• Design and update training materials including multimedia content.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure competency and safety.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and certifications.
• Assist in evaluating job performance and testing potential hires.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
