Job summary

BD in El Paso, TX is seeking a Training Manager to lead the site training specialists, partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS and HR to design, deliver and verify training effectiveness. You will own the training procedures, maintain LMS data integrity, and ensure GDP/ALCOA+ compliant records.

This role supports Pharma COE initiatives across El Paso and Sandy sites, driving a strong quality culture and compliant training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, education, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing, including training/quality work.
• Minimum 4 years supervising or leading people.
• Hands-on knowledge of cGMP (21 CFR Parts 210/211) and 21 CFR Part 11; ISO 13485:2016.
• Experience administering an LMS and measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site training program and ensure training records are inspection-ready.
• Own training procedures and curricula, ensuring regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Administer LMS data integrity, curricula mapping, and user access.
• Partner with Quality on CAPA, nonconformance, and audits to address root causes.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training, including GDP/ALCOA+ documentation.
• Drive Pharma COE training development for El Paso and Sandy sites.
