Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, education, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in FDA-regulated pharma/medical device environment with training/quality experience.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training specialist team and partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and HR to design, deliver, and verify training.
• Own site training procedures and ensure GMP/cGMP compliance and GDP/ALCOA+ data integrity.
• Develop and maintain role-based training matrices and curricula across departments.
• Manage onboarding and requalification programs to ensure readiness before independent work.
• Lead QoQ training effectiveness through knowledge checks, demonstrations, and CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Quality on investigations to identify training as root cause or contributing factor.
• Build the Pharma COE training program and harmonize procedures across El Paso and Sandy sites.
