Job summary

NDC, Inc. in Tennessee seeks a Trainer/Auditor Quality Specialist to strengthen our quality system. You will develop training, maintain work instructions, and support ISO 9001 and internal controls to raise operational excellence.

You will conduct audits, document findings, ensure adherence to procedures, and collaborate across operations and quality teams. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training on established work processes and procedures to all Operations Associates.
• Support the Quality Audit Process to ensure procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Conduct audits for special-exception customers and document findings.
• Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WIs) to keep processes accurate.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
• Learn, understand, and support Numinas.
• Support ISO 9001 requirements and related quality processes as needed.
• Identify potential process issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Work flexible schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
