  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and company policies.
  • Learn, understand, and support Numinas.
  • Support ISO 9001 requirements and related quality processes as needed.
  • Identify potential process issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and records.
  • Work flexible schedules as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training on established work processes and procedures to all Operations Associates.
  • Understand, maintain, and support the Quality Audit Process to ensure team members consistently follow established procedures and quality standards.
  • Conduct audits for special-exception customers and document findings as required.
  • Create, review, and update Work Instructions (WIs) to ensure processes remain accurate, clear, and up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures and company policies.
  • Learn, understand, and support Numinas.
  • Support ISO 9001 requirements and related quality processes as needed.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, as well as applicable internal systems.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to document processes clearly, accurately, and in an organized manner.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and interpret operational processes and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to properly handle confidential information and maintain the security of sensitive records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to review information, identify potential issues or discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and work collaboratively across operations and quality functions.
