D&H Distributing Co. is looking for an experienced Quality and Training Specialist at our Harrisburg facility. The role includes maintaining ISO certifications, supporting the Quality Management System, and conducting training for Co-owners.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, a strong knowledge of QMS principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. We offer a collaborative culture with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Development and implementation of ISO and QMS processes.
• Ability to audit internal processes and lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ISO certifications and training initiatives.
• Conduct ISO internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend corrective actions.

Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Strong knowledge of QMS principles

Ability to present information to large groups

Bilingual (English)

Education

1–3 years of experience in quality assurance
