ManpowerGroup is hiring a Quality Lab Associate in Round Lake, IL to perform microbial analyses on materials and products. You will conduct environmental monitoring, prepare media, and use LIMS and other lab equipment to collect data.

The role supports quality investigations, CAPA, and compliance with cGMP and FDA/QSR. Schedule is first shift with occasional off-shift work; assignment lasts 12 months with potential extension.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or biological science with 2+ years in a lab.
• Must not be allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporin.
• Fundamental biology/microbiology concepts, aseptic technique.
• Proficiency with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay detail oriented, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

Job Title: Quality Lab Associate

Location: Round Lake, IL

Pay Range: $25.75

What's the Job?

• Conduct microbial analyses on raw materials, in-process, and finished products, including samples from environmental monitoring programs and manufacturing activities.
• Perform routine facility environmental monitoring (surfaces, air, particulate, and personnel monitoring) and critical systems monitoring (water, clean steam, process compressed air, and nitrogen).
• Prepare media and reagents used within the laboratory to support testing and monitoring activities.
• Use laboratory instrumentation (particle counters, pH meter, SAS, autoclave) and computer systems (LIMS) to collect, record, and manage data.
• Support laboratory investigations and documentation, including nonconformance investigations, root cause analysis, impact assessment, and development of corrective and preventive actions.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or biological science with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a laboratory setting.
• Must not be allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporin or their related products and minerals.
• Background knowledge of basic Biology and Microbiology principles, including aseptic technique.
• Proficiency in LIMS (laboratory information management systems).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, stay detail oriented, and demonstrate strong reading comprehension; ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required.
