Dover Food Retail seeks a Quality Technician to drive root-cause analysis, partner across manufacturing and engineering, and lead audits to uphold product quality. You will measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and CMM, develop standard work, and help resolve electrical issues while following troubleshooting guides in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years in QC, and familiarity with tools like multimeters; ASQ QA credentials are a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years in quality control/assurance or similar evaluating product quality.
• Associate degree meeting Level 1 Quality Technician skill set.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues.
• Ability to upload programs to controller hardware.
• Follow or help develop troubleshooting guides.
• Strong computer skills including Windows and web-based applications.
• Ability to use hand tools, including multi-meters.
• Self-starter.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, product development, sales, etc. to address quality issues.
• Develop and implement internal and specialized customer quality audits.
• Develop and implement standard work instructions and standards, quality alerts, standard operating procedures, etc.
• Measure parts to prints using calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.
• Conduct tests to ensure cases meet required internal and customer requirements.
