• LEAN manufacturing knowledge preferred (ISO, Six Sigma, OSHA or safety-related field helpful).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality tasks and data entry.
• Support complaint handling and root-cause analysis for internal and external customers.
• Conduct process audits and help track weekly KPIs and corrective actions.
• Assist in safety training and incident reporting within the distribution center.
