Job summary

Trelleborg in Pawling, NY is seeking a Quality Technician to perform in-process and final audits, inspect compounds, and maintain calibration records. You will generate reports, manage measurement equipment, and support ISO processes while collaborating with the QA team.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing quality, strong English, good communication, and solid math and reading of prints. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and a starting hourly range of $22–$28.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a manufacturing quality role.
• Read, write and speak English to understand customer requirements and document reports.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills including decimals and conversions.
• Ability to use measurement and inspection tools (calipers, rulers).
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide testing and inspection for parts entering and during production.
• Conduct in-process and final audit testing per standard methods; maintain records.
• Generate test reports and coordinate database development of compound physicals.
• Maintain measuring systems, calibrations, and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisor on nonconformances; support root cause investigations.
• Support ISO processes and foster clear, honest communication.
