Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or manufacturing technician role.
• Proficient with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of Blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Familiarity with QMS and ISO standards; basic statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials or products.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot quality inspection equipment and tools.
• Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test data.
• Assist in development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Support production teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
