Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using various metrology tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality control principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials or processes.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Document and report quality data, including defects, trends, and corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans and procedures.
• Train production personnel on quality standards and inspection techniques.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
