Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is seeking a Quality Technician in Jenison, MI to perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM. You will document results, identify non-conformances, and help drive corrective actions to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's or technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing quality.
• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Strong GD&T understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating corrective actions.
• Assist in root causes investigations and preventive actions.
• Conduct audits of production processes to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
