Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in precision measurement tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and root cause analysis.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products or processes.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot quality control equipment and gauges.
• Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test data.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.
