Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in quality assurance or technician role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and CMM; ability to read GD&T.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SPC.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality non-conformances.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Document quality data, inspection results, and non-conformance reports accurately.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality best practices.
