• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of medical device components and finished products.
• Review manufacturing documentation, inspection reports, and production records for accuracy.
• Use gauges, measuring equipment, verniers, micrometers, and inspection systems to verify product specifications.
• Identify and communicate quality concerns to production, quality, and supervisory teams.
• Assist with investigations and root cause analysis for nonconforming products.
• Support compliance with FDA, ISO, CGMP, and company quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inspections and quality activities.
