• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to use precision measuring and testing equipment accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection data and quality records.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspection duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation to the Sturtevant, WI area.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure, and test incoming materials, production parts, and finished products for conformance to specifications.
• Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify and control non-conforming materials according to procedures.
• Maintain product identification and traceability throughout the inspection process.
• Assist with quality audits, process documentation, and equipment calibration activities.
• Communicate quality concerns and material status to supervisors, engineering, and production teams.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Hours determined by client

What You’ll Do as a Quality Inspector:

• Inspect, measure, and test incoming materials, production parts, and finished products for conformance to specifications
• Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, and indicators
• Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality documentation
• Identify and control non-conforming materials in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain product identification and traceability throughout the inspection process
• Assist with quality audits, process documentation, and equipment calibration activities
• Communicate quality concerns and material status to supervisors, engineering, and production teams
