You will train operators, verify measurements, and work with LEAN processes in a fast-paced environment. A strong team focus and reliable attendance are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years in a quality role in manufacturing.
• Able to read calipers and micrometers and prints.
• Must read and write in English; proficient with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily quality audits and tests to target high scrap areas.
• Provide feedback to management on issue resolution.
• Verify operator knowledge and help build line skills.
• Coordinate between Production and Quality teams.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Train new quality techs on processes and SOPs.
• Document scrap and communicate issues to leadership.
