Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Process Technician to support multiple equipment lines at our Camden, SC facility. You will assist operators with troubleshooting, monitor equipment, and participate in lean initiatives to improve processes and reduce downtime.

The role requires standing for long periods, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to follow standardized work are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Experience working in LEAN manufacturing environments.
• Ability to understand and follow standard work instructions.
• Willingness to cross-train and rotate among equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with troubleshooting and addressing equipment issues.
• Operate in a LEAN manufacturing environment and suggest improvements.
• Assist in start-up, integration and debugging of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot process problems and monitor equipment for errors.
• Follow safety, quality, delivery and cost policies and use PPE.
