Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Lead Quality Technician for the PM shift in Bessemer, AL. This role provides administrative QA support, conducts audits, and ensures regulatory compliance across QA activities.

The Lead will manage documentation, support testing programs, and collaborate with multiple departments to safeguard product quality and safety. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Biology, Food Science, or Chemistry or equivalent QA experience, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Science, or Chemistry or equivalent quality experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and internet software.

Responsabilidades

• Support QA leadership with compliance regulatory requirements.
• Perform data entry, audits, and generate quality reports.
• Manage inspection tracking, records, and documentation.
• Assist with GMP and SQF administration across the facility.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure raw materials and processes meet quality standards.
• Lead samples collection, testing, and data recording as required.
