Qualifications

• Mastery of basic lab techniques to support batch approvals and quality checks.
• Ability to perform calculations and use formulas in testing procedures.
• Experience using testing equipment and following SOPs for QA checks.
• Ability to perform pre-ops and preventive control checks as part of daily QA tasks.
• Strong documentation practices for quality data and batch records.
• Effective communication for reporting nonconformities and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Approve/correct batches based on SOPs and test results.
• Perform lab checks to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
• Conduct pre-ops and PC checks to verify processes are ready for production.
• Notify appropriate personnel when noncompliance is detected and document actions.
• Perform analytical tests (examples: pH, DS, Vit C) and compare against control.
• Coach operators on data collection and adherence to procedures.
